RSGallery Installation problems

Can anyone tell me why I am having this problem when attempting to install rsgallery?

System Information:
Database Version: 4.0.16-standard
PHP Version: 4.3.6
Web Server: Apache
WebServer to PHP interface: apache
Mambo Open Source Version: 4.5 Stable-1.0.7 [Sinatra] 07/04/2004 13:20 GMT

I'm trying to install com_rsgallery20_beta5.

The error messages I'm receiving:

Upload new component - error
DB function failed with error number 1136
Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 SQL=INSERT INTO mos_components VALUES('','RSGallery','option=com_rsgallery','0',' 0','option=com_rsgallery','RSGallery','com_rsgalle ry','0','js/ThemeOffice/component.png',0)
SQL =
