I think so "Write comment" should be after read on... (not before)
Anyone know how to change it?

Good point, but it is not possible to change it. AkoComment is invoked bt the mosbot in the article content, and obviously content cannot appear after 'read on' :)

Yes, it can. The "Read More..." link can be moved.
