AcoComent Problem

Please take a look .

you will see that there are 8 items in the front page
7 of them show the form behind the item (Sta vi mislite o ovome? (0 Komentara)
one of them (top left ) shows the form above the item
and all other after are showing the form above.
even if I save the setings to show the coment above nothing is changing
setings are :
Form Position: Behind Comments

Can someone please help me

This is the error when I uninstall the AkoComent

I installed again and still same problem
The top left item,form is above instead behind

Could someone please help

Delete akocommentbot.php into the mambots/ directory and it works.
