It's man . You actually won't need to download anything (the code I have provided uses the JSCookMenu.js that is packaged with Mambo 4.5), and you can copy the ThemeOffice folder from administrator/js/ThemeOffice...but you might want to check the stylesheet and make it something unique.

I'm not sure myself about using fade effects... I guess you could check at the website for some FAQs or something. There was another menu script I used to use that was quite easily configurable, but they've removed it from the opensource license.
