I was searching for one module that can display content anywhere in the site from faq or newsflash or typed content or news. As i could not find it (I searched and posted a question also), i wrote the module on my own. And i named it mod_content_anywhere
You can see the "Spread Mambo" in my site
http://www.pixelthemes.com. I used mod_content_anywhere module to display it. And
the Yahoo IM Status is also done with this module only. These are actually static contents.
I personally feel there are enormous amount of possibilites with this component. Because any html content or plain text content can
be shown with it. As I am designer and a coder i think think many designers will love to have this type of module. Designers are not
restricted to design a template if they use this module. Mambo 4.5.1 has the module copying feature which allows multiple module(which means multiple content on page). You can see Yahoo IM Status content. This is the copy of the "content anywhere" module.
I will release the code tomorrow or today. I need to install remository component. Once i do that i can make the componet available.
