I've noticed the search plugin pack is getting twice the downloads of the installer module, possibly because it's only 6k, maybe because the module isn't prominent enough in the file list there.
Anyway, it's really worthwhile getting the module, as it allows users of your site to install the plugins into their Firefox browser, thus really spreading the word of Mambo
Just thought I'd clarify that, just in case.
