digitalus. It's a dutch hosting company, with good technical support. They only don't give SSH-access / Spamfilter (which is very bad, my box is getting really spammy last days
) / No DNS services, so no forward DNS, for nice hosts at IRC or just forwards to ur own IP. Anyhow they were quite cheap in the time i started hosting at their place. It's almost never down, really if you check it over 1 year i think you would have an uptime of 99,99999999%. That's what's doubtfull at other hostingcompany's.
They have an Ensim controlpanel. The servers are located in NL, if i remember correctly they were in Amsterdam IX datacentre, so quite good pings always
