I really like the top part and the right side. the left side is too "packed". I would take away the grapes a the efect from the grapes to the bottom. "keep it simple" I would also bring only one bottle and one glas.

How would You maintain the mainbody part with the grapes picture in the background. I can be hard to add something there without getting into trouble with reading any text..

Overall I would make it a little bit "lighter" and more decent. Wine is usually something filigree for Your palate (hope this is the rigth english word). I think a website should transport this to the user.
