Using mosListMessenger, is it possible for users to subscribe themselves through your website?

I have tried Yanc, Mamml and Letterman which all have frontend modules allowing for users to sign themselves up, but I haven't been able to find the equivalent in mosList Messenger.

Please help a poor lost soul.
