I am sorry that I couldn't reply to your posts earlier but I just returned from my holidays. Seems that you could already solve the problem about installing the template.

If you want to replace the logos with your own there are just a few things you have to do. Make your own logo and name it "logo.gif". Then you install the template via the administrator interface. After this you must delete or rename the original "logo.gif". Last you put your own logo into the "templates/GreenBiz/images" or "templates/TechBlue/images" folder.

Maybe you prefer to design a new logo based on the original one? In this case you can use any elements of the original logo that you want to. That's why I packed the PNG files into the zip file.
