Although my account/site was "unsuspended" is currently online (see for yourself:
www.iielatinamerica.org), I was requested to chmod the index to 000 in an effort to prevent their server from spiking with excessive load.
It all sounds brutal to threaten a site owner with suspension rather than try to resolve a technical issue - and a bit ridiculous to assume it's Mambo.
Could a component really cause this?
